Job Description:

- design of a lending product to suit each phase of the project
- design of an underwriting system (whether in-house or FLDG model)
- work with the finance team to raise funding (whether debt or equity)
- development of a tech platform that can integrate with the current platform of Advantage Club for loan management and disbursal
-Structure the credit, risk, underwriting Policy of the loan product
- building and strengthening the collections team and systems
- Conceptualizing and implementing the lending product(s).
- Liaising with lenders like Banks, NBFCs and credit bureaus etc. and managing the business relationship.
- Structure the credit, risk, underwriting Policy of the loan product
- Responsible for the new initiatives, strategic alliances & partnerships pertaining to lending vertical.
- Maintain a detailed and current understanding of the Personal loan industry, current market structures, regulatory requirements, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and continuously develop a credible high performing team.
- Recommending and leading new opportunities within the credit market.
